I was out some days ago to attend a forum and afterwards had to find a place to eat. My companion and I ended up at a food court. I apologize that I was not able to get the name of the mall. It’s the same one as where Landmark is, in Makati, Philippines. Both of us were hungry and decided for a seafood meal. The first photo has squid with rice, chopseuy (that’s a mixed of chopped vegetables) and 2 bowls of soups, I can’t identify what particular soup it is. I ordered the one on the second photo, and I forgot what fish it is. Haha.
The fish is really cooked to my taste and it’s really delicious. If I was not feeling unwell, I would want another one. My companion have eaten 3/4th of the squid because he does not want how they cooked it and it gave a bitter taste when you eat the whole of it. Though the squid is okay, it would have been better if it’s not grilled. (But that would not be part of the menu, haha). The chopseuy is great, or maybe because I missed eating vegetables.
But so far, the experience eating at Ilonggo Grill okay and if ever we eat there again, I’m sure my companion would not order squid again.
No edits done on the photos so they’re as raw as uncooked meat.
